How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email notification from us with a tracking number to check its status. Please allow up to 48-72 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of your shipping confirmation email, please reach out to us at delight@lilhelper.ca with your name and order number—we’ll be happy to look into it for you.
