Cloth wipes are not only great for the environment but also they make cleaning up messy poops a breeze, however many people don't know where to start with them!
There are many ways you can use them and make it super easy and convenient.
You can pre-moisten a days worth and leave them damp in an old wipes container. Don't prep more than a days worth and remember to clean the container every few days to avoid any mold or mildew.
You can keep a spray bottle on your change table and wet them as they are needed.
You can also just wet them in the sink as you need them.
It's also great to leave some dry ones hanging about to pat baby dry when needed!
Should I use more than water?
This is all a matter of personal preference. Some companies sell wipe solutions as well as there are many diy solutions online.
I am personally a fan of just adding some of baby's body wash to the water in the spray bottle.
In reality, water on its own is the simplest solution and works great!
*Many diy solutions recommend coconut oil, just keep your eyes peeled for repelling
