In the meantime here are some possible reasons:
- Front of the diaper is folding in itself. This is making the insert transfer the moisture onto the cover. Basically, the front side of the diaper has to be straight up, not folded in. If you snap it such that it stays straight, it will prevent diaper leaking from the front. See below pic
- Unsnap the insert from the back inside of the diaper cover. Here, the insert is pulling the cover down. There are two snaps in the inside of the diaper cover, just unsnap one and you'll see that the cover is straight.
