This happens mainly when the sewing machine do not catch the edges properly and eventually come loose. You can send in some pictures showing the tear so that we can raise this with the team.
Once we receive this we offer a replacement for the inserts. We recommend that you try sewing around the edges and see if that helps. You keep the existing inserts as we do a replacement anyways!
