This happens mainly when the sewing machine does not catch the edges properly and eventually stitches come loose. You can send in some pictures showing the tear so that we can raise this with the team.
Once we receive an email with photos we can find a solution for you. We recommend that if you can, you continue to make use of functional inserts - you may want to try a little DIY by sewing around the edges and see if that helps. Please wait to do this until after you contact the Delight Team. If it is a warranty claim that results in a replacement, you will get to keep the existing inserts anyways.
