Diaper Covers and inserts!
Our wonderful leader Captain Poopypants AKA Mohammed (Chief Everything Officer) has spent a lot of time researching and working to find the top materials to make good products that are affordable for every family.
Here is the quick rundown of what our diaper covers and inserts are made of!
Covers- Outer layer is PUL and the inner layer is Micro Fleece- both of which are 100% Polyester
Charcoal Inserts- Outer layers are Charcoal and inner layers are Microfiber- both of which are 100% Polyester
Bamboo Inserts- Outer layers are Bamboo and inner layers are Microfiber- So 80% Bamboo and 20% Polyester
Overnight Charcoal Inserts- Outer layers are Charcoal and PUL and inner layers are Microfiber- all of which is 100% Polyester
Tank inserts - The small insert is made up of our stay dry charcoal, 2 layers of microfiber and the bottom layer is our bamboo stay dry liner - These are 100% polyester. The large insert is a top layer of bamboo (80% bamboo, 20% polyester) , a layer of microfiber and the bottom is a layer of water proof PUL.

Bamboo Stay Dry Liners

Our bamboo stay dry liners are made up of 50% Bamboo Viscose and 50% Wicking Polyester Mesh

Bamboo Wipes: Our wonderful leader Captain Poopypants AKA Mohammed (Chief Everything Officer) has spent a lot of time researching and working to find the top materials to make good products that are affordable for every family.
Our Bamboo Wipes are made up of 1 layer of Bamboo & 1 layer of Microfiber- When broken down it is 80% Bamboo & 20% Polyester on the bamboo side and 100% Polyester on the Microfiber side.

Our Lifesaver mats are made up of Charcoal, Microfiber, and PUL- all of which are 100% Polyester.

Our Flushable Liners are 100% Bamboo.

Bandana Bib: Our wonderful leader Captain Poopypants AKA Mohammed (Chief Everything Officer) has spent a lot of time researching and working to find the top materials to make good products that are affordable for every family.
Our Bandana Bibs are made of Cotton fused with PUL and Microfleece. So 100% cotton on the top and 100% Polyester on the back.

Bamboo Burp Cloth: Our wonderful leader Captain Poopypants AKA Mohammed (Chief Everything Officer) has spent a lot of time researching and working to find the top materials to make good products that are affordable for every family.
Our Bamboo Burp Cloths consist of 2 layers, the top is Bamboo Rayon and the back is PUL. So one side is 80% bamboo mixed with 20% Polyester, and the other side is 100% Polyester.
Large Bamboo Change/Crib Mat (Discontinued): Our wonderful leader Captain Poopypants AKA Mohammed (Chief Everything Officer) has spent a lot of time researching and working to find the top materials to make good products that are affordable for every family
Our Bamboo Change mats are made up of Bamboo, Cotton, and medical grade Vinyl. The top layer is 70% Bamboo and 30% cotton and the bottom layer is 100% Vinyl.
How do we ensure quality products when they are made in China?
Product quality is at the top of our priority list. Next to making 1000% sure that all our products are made ethically and in a safe environment for all our workers.
We put a lot of effort into determining beyond a shadow of a doubt that the manufacturers we choose to work with maintain a safe working environment and provide for their employees.

We also completed a CPSIA certification, to ensure that our diapers meet all the safety standards. This test is not required for cloth diapers but we did it anyways for our peace of mind and for our customers.
We are the only cloth diaper that is available on Costco.ca, Walmart.ca and Toysrus.ca. The amount of tests and documentation that we have completed to get into these stores gives us nightmares till this day :)
On top of that, our CEO, Mohammed, visits our workshops in China at least 2 times a year, unannounced, to make sure everything is as it should be. His latest visit was in October 2018, so we are reassured heading into another year of production that all is as it should be with the workers and our product quality.
I hope you know that we are good people. Not nice - GOOD people. Being nice is being polite or just putting up a front. But it takes a ton of time, effort and sustained commitment to do the right thing to earn the title of being a good company.
