Ever wondered how big the Lifesaver Mats really are — and how the Sleepsaver Mattress Protector compares? Grab a snack (and maybe a measuring tape) — here’s the lineup.

🛏️ Lifesaver Mats: From mini mess-fighters to full-bed bodyguards

We offer a delightful cascade of sizes, so you can pick the one that says “just enough coverage” or “go big or go home.” All of them still do the core job: absorb, protect, repeat.

Here are the available sizes:

Size nameDimensionsBest for this use
Mini18″ × 28″ (≈ 45.7 cm × 71.1 cm)

Change tables, cars, small accidents
Original28″ × 40″ (≈ 71.1 cm × 101.6 cm) Single bed, toddler, couch seat, “standard everyday” protection
XL / Lush XL57″ × 40″ (≈ 144.8 cm × 101.6 cm) Queen beds, two-person couches, larger surface coverage (for folks with sensory needs, the lush is a softer option compared to our traditional charcoal polyester blend).
XXL57″ × 80″ (≈ 144.8 cm × 203 cm) King/queen beds, big messes, full mattress coverage

A quick fun fact: the Lush XL shares the same footprint as the “standard” XL (57″ × 40″) but offers extra softness and a luxe texture.

So: mini, original, XL / Lush XL, and XXL. Four sizes to match your mess-risk profile.

🛌 The “Sleepsaver” / Waterproof Mattress Protector

Sleepsaver Mattress Protectors are designed to cover your entire mattress, and so come in standard mattress sizes: Twin, Double, Queen, and King. Sleepsaver Mattress Protectors come with snap on elastic straps that keep your mattress protector secure on your mattress. So they can be used either to replace your alongside your fitted sheet.

Bonus: We also offer a Sleepsaver Crib Sheet, with waterproof fabric that wraps all the way around the sides of the crib mattress, for a soft, safe, mess free crib.

🎯 So, which one to pick?

  • Use a Lifesaver Mat when you want a flexible “blanket-style” protector you can move, fold, or place anywhere (bed, couch, picnic, toddler, etc.).

  • Use the Mattress Protector / “Sleepsaver” when you want full coverage on the mattress itself — it’s the more permanent bedroom based hero.
