At Lil Helper, every product goes through what we lovingly call “real-life testing”—because no lab can compete with daily chaos. Our team and community (aka the Lil Helper Lounge) of caregivers, parents, and individuals with medical needs put each item through its paces: spills, washes, long wear, and everything in between. We test for durability by running multiple wash cycles and stress-testing snaps, seams, and waterproof layers; for comfort through feedback from real users with sensitive skin; and for ease of use by making sure every product can be fastened easily, and cleaned without a fuss. If it can’t survive the messiest moments with flying colors, it doesn’t make the cut. We use the same principals of design and tried and true materials to ensure we know exactly what we are offering as solutions to your leaky life.

The most important part of our product development is hearing from the folks who use our products every day: we are always listening and working to improve our designs. The best example of this is our flagship cloth diapers: see some of the improvements Mohammed made to our newest generation, and how it's changed in the video below:

We are constantly reading feedback from our customers, making design changes, learning and growing. All thanks to you.
