Once your order has shipped and is off it takes about 3-4 business days in the United states and about 1-10 business days in Canada.
Packages sent to the US are always sent tracked via USPS priority, you will get a tracking number once your package has shipped. (US orders will never have duty charges)
Packages sent within Canada will always be tracked (Except for freebies and replacements, which are sent via letter mail). We ship with a variety of methods throughout Canada depending on where you live!
